HOW DO I GET DULL SANDBLASTED FILLRINGS SHINY AGAIN?
Because the surface of the iXXXi fillrings Sandblasted is rough, it attracts dirt more easily than smooth rings. To remedy this, you can easily clean them. Use lukewarm soapy water with a little washing-up liquid. Gently brush the ring clean with a (tooth) brush. Then rinse with water and let it dry. Your ring will look great again!
HOW DO I PREVENT MY IXXXI RING FROM DISCOLORING?
Do you have a ring with a gold or rose gold plating? Then it is possible that it can discolor. The gold plating can wear off through contact with water, or the pH value of your skin. If you want to prevent discoloration please note the following when wearing your iXXXi items:
- Take off your jewelry when showering, swimming, going to the sauna and when washing your hands.
- Do you use perfume, body lotion or hand cream? Wait at least 10 minutes before wearing your jewelry again.
- Take off your jewelry before going to sleep.
HOW TO MAKE AN IXXXI RING COMBINATION?
Choose one of our iXXXi JEWELRY base rings, open the ring and fill the base ring with the iXXXi JEWELRY fillrings of your choice, and close the ring.
ARE ALL IXXXI JEWELRY ITEMS WATERPROOF?
No, our jewelry are not waterproof. The stones and pearls on our rings are glued to the setting, and can react to water. Most of our jewelry also has a plating which can react with contact with water. We therefore advise you to take off your jewelry when showering, swimming, going to the sauna or washing your hands.
HOW LONG DOES MY WARRANTY LAST ON AN IXXXI JEWELRY ITEM?
On every iXXXi JEWELRY item, there is a warranty period of 6 months. All our jewelry are made of high quality materials. To make a warranty claim, please take the product with the purchase receipt and/or warranty card to your iXXXi JEWELRY dealer. There is no warranty on user damage, meaning scratches, discoloration and wear and tear by wearing the jewelry. Read here more about our warranty terms.

We have two collections for both women and men. The iXXXi JEWELRY collection is for women. For men there is the iXXXi MEN collection.

Do you have a question about a product or purchase? Then we advise you to contact either the iXXXi dealer where you made your purchase, or your nearest iXXXi dealer. You can find your nearest iXXXi dealer through our storelocator.
WHICH SIZE FILLRING FITS MY BASE RING? * Before we started with the XS collection, we made the base ring size 16 slightly thicker so that we did not have to add fillrings in size 16 (less stock). Once we started with the XS collection, this is the only exception in our system.
DO YOU SELL DIRECTLY TO THE CONSUMER?
No all our rings are sold through our iXXXi JEWELRY dealers. Therefore it is not possible to order directly from us. Through our storelocator you can find your nearest iXXXi JEWELRY dealer.
CAN I SEND MY IXXXI JEWELRY ITEM TO YOU FOR REPAIR?
You can send your jewelry to us through our iXXXi JEWELRY dealers. Because we are a wholesale company, we do not accept individual repairs. We therefore ask you to return to your dealer with your iXXXi purchase. Provided your purchase is within the warranty period they will assess the products individually and replace them if necessary.
I HAVE LOST A STONE/ZIRCONIA FROM MY IXXXI JEWELRY RING. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
If you have lost a stone or zirconia within 6 months of purchasing your jewelry, you can return your ring to your iXXXi dealer. They will evaluate the product and send it back for a replacement or replace your purchase with a new one. Don't forget to bring your proof of purchase and/or warranty card.
ARE ALL IXXXI JEWELRY NICKEL FREE?
Yes, all jewelry from iXXXi JEWELRY is nickel-free.
