All our items are shipped from the Netherlands. The shipping costs for your package depend on your postal address. If ordered before 3:00 p.m., your parcel will be sent the same working day. Your parcel is sent with track & trace and can usually be expected at home within 1 to 3 working days.

If you wish to pay by Mastercard, Visa or American Express, you can do so by choosing this payment option.

Paypal
Paypal is a safe way to pay. You link your bank account or credit card and pay with a few clicks. PayPal protects your credit card information with advanced security and fraud prevention systems. Moreover, PayPal does not share your financial information with iXXXi JEWELRY.

Pay afterwards with Klarna
Do you prefer to pay afterwards? That is also possible with Klarna. As soon as you receive the invoice, you have 14 days to make your payment. The invoice is sent when the products are shipped. Sometimes you may receive the invoice via e-mail before your products. 
Please note that we have no insight into your Klarna invoice and your Klarna account and that payment must be made to Klarna.

Protection of customer data
Klarna checks your entered details to then conduct a credit check. This check verifies your eligibility to pay with Klarna. Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, described in Klarna's privacy statement.

- You will receive the invoice by e-mail afterwards.
- Shop safely without giving your credit card number or financial information.

Tracking shipments

After your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with a link to track the shipment (also check your spam folder to be sure). Contact us at info@ixxxi-jewelry.com in case of a delayed delivery or if the parcel is delivered to a person you don't know according to the tracking.

The parcel cannot be delivered 

If your parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. The value of the parcel will be credited automatically. If you still wish to receive the items, place a new order with a correct delivery address.

The parcel is damaged and/or empty or incomplete

If, when you receive the parcel, you find that it is damaged, please do not accept it so that the logistics partner can immediately draw up a damage report. If it is impossible to refuse receipt, please contact us immediately after receiving the parcel by e-mail at: info@ixxxi-jewelry.com. We will then submit a damage report for you to our logistics partner. This does require that we receive a photo of the damaged package.

I have received an incorrect or broken item.

If you have received an incorrect or defective item please contact us immediately at info@ixxxi-jewelry.com. Please provide your order number in your e-mail and add a photo of the wrong or defective item. We will contact you as soon as possible. 

I have placed an order or bought jewelry from an (online) iXXXi dealer.

If you did not place your order with our webshop and you still have a question about the delivery of your order, we would like to refer you to the relevant online iXXXi dealer. 
If you have purchased jewelry from one of our iXXXi dealers and you have a question about the jewelry you have purchased, we would like to ask you to contact and/or visit that iXXXi dealer. 
Please note that we do not handle returns or complaints for orders not ordered from our website.

Returns

We are sorry the article does not meet your expectations! You can return your order/part of your order within 14 days of receiving it by filling in the enclosed return form.

No return form? You can still download it here.

  1. Fill in the form and pack the products (undamaged and unworn) in the original packaging.
  2. Submit your return to the carrier of your choice. Enter our return address: Attn: Retour webshop, De Schacht 15, 5107 RD Dongen, the Netherlands. Stick the label on the top of your packaging. Make sure it is always clearly legible.
  3. Take the parcel to a service point of your chosen carrier. You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment.
  4. We will process the return within 14 working days of receipt. The money will be refunded via the payment method you used for the purchase or updated if you opted for post-payment.

When returning your items, always ask for and keep a shipping receipt with a tracking code. Without this tracking code, there is nothing we can do for you in case of loss by the shipping company.

Please note that we do not accept damaged and/or worn items in return and will therefore be forced to charge you for the amount due.

Exchanges

It is of course possible that you have ordered the wrong size and/or colour and would like to exchange your items. For this, we would like to ask you to fill in the enclosed return form under the heading 'Exchange'. That way we know which item(s) to send back to you free of charge once we have received your current order back.

  1. Fill in the form under the heading 'exchange' and pack the products (undamaged and unworn) in the original packaging.
  2. Submit your return to a shipping company of your choice. Fill in our return address: t.a.v. Retour webshop, De Schacht 15, 5107 RD Dongen, the Netherlands. Stick the label on the top of your packaging. Make sure it is always clearly legible.
  3. Take the parcel to a service point of your chosen carrier. You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment.
  4. We will process the return as soon as possible and will resend the desired items to you free of charge.

When returning your items, always ask for and keep a proof of posting with a tracking code. Without this tracking code, we can do nothing for you in case of loss by the transport company.
