We're sorry the item didn't meet your expectations! You have the right to cancel your order, or part of it, within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

1. Complete the form and pack the products (undamaged and unworn) in their original packaging.

    

2. Register your return shipment with a shipping company of your choice. Use our return address: Attn. Returns iXXXi Jewelry, Australiëlaan 21, 6199 AA Maastricht-Airport, The Netherlands. Attach the shipping label to the top of your package and ensure it is always clearly visible.

    

3. Take the package to a service point of the carrier you have chosen. The return shipping costs are at your own expense.

    

4. We will process your return within 14 business days after receipt. The refund will be issued via the payment method used for the purchase, or your payment status will be updated if you selected a pay-later option.

When returning your items, always ask for proof of shipment with a tracking code and keep it in a safe place. Without a tracking code, we cannot assist you if the package is lost by the shipping company.

Please note that we do not accept returns of damaged and/or worn items. In such cases, we will be obliged to charge the amount due.
