Do you have a ring with gold or rose gold plating? The color may fade or discolour slightly over time. This is caused by contact with water, care products and your skin's natural pH value. With the right care, you can keep your IXXXI jewelry beautiful for as long as possible.

To prevent discoloration as much as possible, we advise the following:

• Take off your jewelry when showering, swimming, visiting the sauna, and washing your hands.
  
• Apply perfume, body lotion, or hand cream first and wait at least 10 minutes before putting on your jewelry.
  
• It is better not to wear your jewelry while sleeping.

Most of our jewelry is made from 100% stainless steel and is therefore suitable for daily wear. However, we advise you to take off your jewelry when showering, swimming, visiting a sauna, and washing your hands. This will help maintain the color, plating, and quality of your jewelry for as long as possible.

Yes, all IXXXI Jewelry is nickel-free and made from high-quality materials such as stainless steel.

All IXXXI Jewelry jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, or discoloration due to use, perfume, water, or skin acidity.

Sandblasted jewelry may become slightly duller over time due to daily wear. You can gently clean it with a soft, dry cloth to refresh its appearance. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents and chemicals.

An IXXXI Jewelry ring combination consists of a base ring made of 100% stainless steel and interchangeable fill rings of your choice. You compose your ring entirely yourself by combining different colors, styles, and textures.

The size of your fill rings depends on the width of the base ring. Generally, you choose the same size fill rings as the size of your base ring. Only for base ring size 16 is there an exception: fill rings in size 17 fit here, as this base ring is made slightly thicker.
