On every iXXXi JEWELRY, there is a warranty period of 6 months. All our jewelry is made of high quality materials. To make a warranty claim, please take the product with the purchase receipt and/or warranty card to your iXXXi JEWELRY dealer. There is no warranty on user damage, meaning scratches, discoloration and wear and tear by wearing the jewelry.

The warranty starts on the date you purchase the iXXXi JEWELRY item, which is indicated on the warranty certificate you receive with your iXXXi purchase. In the event of a complaint or defect within the warranty period, your iXXXi dealer will take care of it. You can take your iXXXi purchase to any iXXXi JEWELRY dealer in the Netherlands, as long as you bring your proof of purchase and/or warranty card.

The following are not covered by the warranty:

• Defects (unless it is a demonstrable production error);
• Damage due to normal wear and tear, incorrect use or incorrect treatment;
• Discoloration due to a high acidity level of the skin;
• Discoloration caused by perfume, soap, water, hairspray, disinfectant hand gel or lotion.
